Terms of Service & Refund Policy

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing, registering on, or purchasing digital services from Utsyra(“the Platform”, operated by Kryleos), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines presented during checkout. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Free Studio Build & Digital Publishing Delivery
Utsyra operates on a Free Build / Pay to Publish model:
- Free Preview: Couples can create, customize, and preview their wedding website with interactive AI generation for a 7-day complimentary period without entering payment details.
- Instant Digital Delivery: Upon completing the one-time publishing payment (standard rate ₹999 / ₹1499 for bespoke packages), your wedding website is instantly activated, live RSVP collection is unlocked, and public URL routing is permanently provisioned.
- Digital Asset Delivery: Digital invitation cards, stationery suites, and downloadable PNG/PDF assets are delivered digitally inside your Studio dashboard immediately upon generation.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Because Utsyra provides immediate digital delivery and irreversible server infrastructure provisioning upon payment, the following policy applies:
Website Publishing (₹999 / ₹1499): We provide a full 7-day interactive preview before you decide to purchase. Once a site is published to live servers, purchases are generally non-refundable. However, if you experience technical defects or service outages that our team cannot resolve within 48 hours, a full refund will be granted upon request.
Custom Domain Registrations: Custom domain purchases (e.g. arjunmeera.in) are registered instantly with ICANN/domain registries on your behalf and cannot be cancelled or refunded once registered.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method (UPI / Card / Netbanking) within 5 to 7 business days via our payment partner Razorpay.
4. User Content & Acceptable Use
You are solely responsible for the photos, text, and details published on your celebration website. You agree not to upload content that is defamatory, infringing on copyright, hateful, or unlawful. Utsyra reserves the right to unpublish websites or remove guest uploads that violate applicable laws or community safety standards.
5. Service Uptime & Site Lifetime
Published wedding websites are guaranteed live hosting for a minimum period of 2 years from your primary wedding date. After 2 years, couples will receive advance notice with options for archival download or optional annual hosting renewal.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of India.
